These programs deliver years of experience helping families to successfully handle their toughest issues and prepare their sons for responsible adulthood. Our programs feature The RIGHT Way™ method which guides people to discover and master their true beliefs and behaviors as the way to live with integrity. Our expertise will give you the knowledge, community resources, and support you need. When parents and/or young men are working with us and are also working with other therapists, coaches, school counselors and other health professionals, we respectfully collaborate with them to serve you better. Young Men's Ultimate Team

Group mentoring for ages 13-20. Every week we address the hardest issues; Gaining Independence, Conquering Fears,Managing Relationships, Making Money, Getting Good Grades, Overcoming Depression, Dealing with Drugs & Alcohol. Open enrollment for ongoing weekly team meetings in;

San Rafael, Tuesdays, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Mill Valley, Fridays, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Ultimate Parent's Support Group

Our sons are at an alarmingly high risk for entitlement, poor scholastic performance, addictions, and emotional problems. The dynamic setting of the group allows parents to learn from one another about these issues: instilling your values in your son; helping your son constructively channel his strength & energy; creating enforceable boundaries and proactive rewards; handling tough issues like drugs, sex, homework, disrespect, etc. Open Enrollment in:

San Rafael, Tuesdays 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Young Men's Ultimate Coaching

Sometimes young men need help but don’t respond to talk therapy. We utilize a mentoring model that guides your son to channel his energy and make intelligent decisions.

Ultimate Parenting Coaching

Mothers and fathers have unique biological relationships with their sons. We show each parent how to use their role to optimize their influence. We’ll give you the knowledge, community resources, and support you need to increase your love and decrease your stress.

Young Men's Ultimate Addiction Program

If your son has a problem with drugs, alcohol, video/computer, etc., our revolutionary approach offers your family effective testing, education and treatment.

Ultimate On-Site Training

Training for teachers, coaches, counselors, mentors, and parents how to help young men by instructing them in the use of the principles and practices of our system, The RIGHT Way™ to Guide Young Men. This method is successful directing young men learn how to live with integrity, and to responsibly interact with their family and community. Each workshop is adapted toward the needs of your organization.
