Today’s fast paced, media-driven world confuses children’s
minds about what is important for their health and happiness.
Additionally, parents are highly stressed with work and personal obligations and become disheartened when they can't fully meet the demands
of family life. The purpose of the UPW is to teach parents how to use their authority and influence to create mutually respectful relationships. By nurturing and integrating the values of all family members, a household of cooperation, not competition is attained.
We'll address how to advocate for your children in the educational, medical and legal systems. What makes this program the "Ultimate" is that it focuses on the values and leadership of the parents, not on unpredictable parenting theories, unattainable expectations or unnatural manipulations of the children. The UPW is especially effective for parents who have challenging children that are defiant, destructive or depressed.

Ultimate Guide to Mentoring Young Men
Studies indicate that one in five young men have some sort of mental or behavioral problem and one in ten may have a serious emotional problem. The purpose of this workshop is to show how ancient wisdom and modern science can help adults be more effective in their communiation and motivation strategies with young men.
Parents, mentors, therapists and educators will learn how to trust themselves to lead adolescent young men towards successful independence. This training is especially effective for adults who work with challenging youth that are defiant, destructive or depressed.

The Ulimate Guide for Divorced Families
Divorced parents often feel inadequate or guilty about their ability to create two wholesome homes because of their different beliefs and behaviors. This workshop show parents how to raise happy children by teaching them how to effectively combine their conflicting values so that everyone enjoys respectful households. While successful divorced co-parenting may seemingly be impossible, it can actually be done! YMUW co-founder Mark Schillinger and his former wife, Suzanne Alfandari, a family therapist, have been divorced 25 years and are helping divided parents remove their barriers and restore family integrity.

The RIGHT Men's Team
This team's purpose is to increase men's wisdom and abilities to lead themselves, their families and their communities to enjoy creative, happy and productive lives. The RIGHT Way® has helped men of all walks of live become healthy, confident, successful and trustworthy. It synthesizes the best methods of personal growth, spiritual development, business management, health care and family relations into simple concepts and powerful practices. Enrollment is ongoing and the team meets two Saturday mornings a month in Marin County.

Right Man Weekend
This weekend initiates men (21 years of age and older) into The RIGHT Way® method of personal growth and spiritual development. Men will learn how to confidently create a successful life by mastering their masculine wisdom and spiritual strength. They will discover their unique Source of Spiritual Power and focus this energy to accomplish their life goals. They will be taught the disciplines required to remain grounded in their Source in order to enjoy greater physical health, mental clarity and spiritual well-being. 2012 weekend dates TBA.
